REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing All Chatbots AI. Because our service delivers digital content and incurs real AI processing costs the moment you begin using it, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Your subscription begins immediately upon purchase and you gain instant access to our AI assistants. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation prevents upcoming charges but does not refund the current billing period.
We encourage you to review this policy, together with any free usage available, before subscribing.
I. Non-Refundable Purchases
For the avoidance of doubt, all payments are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, situations where:
- You have accessed or used the service after purchase
- You have changed your mind, no longer need the service, made an accidental or mistaken purchase, or forgot to cancel before a renewal
- You are dissatisfied with AI-generated output or the service did not meet your subjective expectations, where the service otherwise functioned as described
- Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
- The charge relates to a promotional, discounted, or bundled purchase, or to the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation
- You did not use the service during the billing period for which you were charged
- The charge is a paid-trial fee for access that has already begun, or a subscription renewal that has already been billed
II. Add-Ons and Supplementary Packages
Any add-on features or supplementary packages you purchase are tied directly to your primary subscription. This means that if your main subscription expires or is cancelled, any associated add-ons will also become inactive. This includes one-time usage credits or token packs purchased for additional AI usage; once usage credits have been added to your account they are non-refundable, including any unused balance. Due to the interconnected nature of these packages and the immediate delivery of digital content, add-on purchases are non-refundable.
III. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you retain access until that period ends. Cancellation does not refund, prorate, or provide partial credit for the current billing period or any unused time.
IV. Technical Problems
If you experience a technical issue with the service, please contact us through the Help Center so we can investigate and resolve it. Technical issues are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund — our goal is to fix the problem and restore your access as quickly as possible. When reaching out, please include relevant details such as screenshots or error descriptions so we can help.
V. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
We always prefer to resolve billing concerns directly with you. If you file a chargeback or dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account due to violation of payment terms. In the event of a chargeback, we will work with the relevant financial institution and provide documentation demonstrating that the transaction was legitimate and authorized by the account holder.
VI. Updates to This Policy
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time to accommodate changes in regulations, service offerings, or business practices. Any modifications will only affect purchases or subscription renewals made after the update takes effect. If you disagree with any changes, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. We recommend saving a copy of the policy that was in place when you made your purchase for your records.
